Our program is designed for students seeking to transition into new careers. Whether you are a recent college graduate or someone with years of work experience looking to change careers, Bryant’s international focus will prepare you to do business globally as well as locally. Students choose to specialize or earn a general management degree, so you can tailor your learning toward the career you want.

Global specializations

You'll have an opportunity to specialize in one of three areas: Global Finance, Global Supply Chain Management, or International Business. Or, if you prefer, you may specialize in Business Analytics.

In January, you'll participate in the Global Immersion Experience, during which you and your classmates will travel abroad, and meet with senior executives at international firms and/or governmental policy makers.

The cohort / study team difference

All Bryant One-Year MBA students are members of a cohort, moving through the entire program with the same group of students. This community of peers will offer support and encouragement, and will become the foundation of your professional network.

Outcomes

When you complete this program, you will have a comprehensive understanding of:

  • the functional and strategic areas of business including leadership, management, accounting, finance, marketing, operations, and technology;
  • team-building communication;
  • leadership.

You also will gain:

  • practical experience in career planning, interviewing, negotiations, and project management;
  • experience in a corporate environment through the business practicum.
You need to have successfully completed coursework in macroeconomics, microeconomics, and statistics at the undergraduate or graduate level. If you have not taken the prerequisite courses, please consult with the Graduate Program staff about alternative options.
Yes. You can specialize in one of four areas – Global Finance, Global Supply Chain Management, International Business or Business Analytics.
In January, you have the option to travel abroad with your colleagues where you will meet senior executives at international firms and/or governmental agencies. Previous years' trips have gone to Chile, Panama, China, and most recently to Germany in 2018.
In addition to the application form, you will need to submit a statement of objectives, current resume, one faculty recommendation, official transcripts from all colleges / universities you have attended, your official score on the GMAT, and your application fee. (Our GMAT waiver policy is available here. )
You will need to submit your TOEFL score if your native language is not English or if you have not completed a degree from a program taught in English. In addition, your transcripts from colleges / universities outside the U.S. must be translated into English and converted to a 4.0 scale. Finally, if you will be seeking an I-20, you will need to submit a completed International Student Certification of Finances.

Scholarships

Students who seek admission for fall term must apply by April 30 th  to be eligible for preferred consideration for a scholarship.
