Application requirements for each program include:

In addition to the above items, international applicants are required to provide the Graduate School with the following:
- TOEFL scores (if your native language is not English or if the undergraduate degree was not earned from an English speaking institution)
- Certificate of Finances
- Transcript translation (international transcripts must be translated into English and grades calculated on a 4.0 grade scale)
Submitting the Application
Applications will be accepted electronically or in print. Applications may be submitted in parts and will be reviewed once the Graduate School of Business has all of the application components.
It is important to note that all of the application materials do not have to arrive in the graduate school at the same time. Typically, applicants submit their application first, and then as the other materials arrive an admissions folder is created. Please keep in mind that your application for admission will not be evaluated by the Admission Committee until it is complete. We recommend that you keep a copy of all application materials for your records.
At Bryant, each application is considered individually. It is the intent of the Admission Committee to admit a class of candidates who are both academically talented and who demonstrate a potential for professional success. Therefore, the committee considers academic record, GMAT scores, work experience, recommendations, and your statement of objectives.

In addition to the application form, the Graduate School of Business requires the following information from all applicants:
The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is required of all applicants to the MBA, MPAc and MST programs. The only waivers given for the GMAT exam are for those who hold doctorate degrees (Ph.D., M.D., J.D.), and for MST applicants who are certified public accountants.
Original score reports must be sent to Bryant University's Graduate School office directly from the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). Photocopies of test results will not be accepted. GMAT scores are valid for five years. If you have taken the GMAT within the last five years, you should request that your scores be sent to Bryant University. Allow ample time for them to arrive. Bryant University's school code is 003095.

Official transcripts from all undergraduate or graduate institution may be sent to Bryant by filling out the Transcript Request Form and mailing it directly to your undergraduate institution. For students who completed undergraduate work at Bryant, simply signing the application will allow the admissions committee to access your Bryant transcripts.
Provide a one-page statement of your reasons for pursuing a graduate degree at Bryant University. Include your career objectives, and indicate how a graduate degree will contribute to your professional development.
Provide a current copy of your resume that outlines your employment and academic history.
One letter of recommendation is required as part of the application package. This should be submitted on the form provided (included in the downloadable application package). Professional references are preferred, coming from individuals who can assess both your current skills and advancement potential. Applicants who are employed full or part time should obtain a recommendation from current or recent supervisor. Applicants who are still in school can obtain one academic reference from a current professor or one professional reference from a current or recent employer.
Completed recommendations should be submitted directly to the Bryant University Graduate School of Business. Applicants will not have access to the recommendation letter under the provision of the Family Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
Graduate Assistantships (Optional)
Full-time (9 credits or more) students are eligible to compete for graduate assistantships by submitting the Graduate Assistant Application form. These competitive positions involve conducting academic research or preparing class materials Successful applicants are expected to work up to 16 hours per week for that semester with compensation of up to 100 percent tuition abatement for a maximum of four graduate courses for the fall and spring semesters. Tuition for MBA summer courses and undergraduate courses are not covered by the assistantship.The priority deadline for fall is April 15th and September 15th for spring.
The total value of the graduate assistantship will be included as gross income to the recipient. Recipients of an assistantship award will be required to complete and return an Employee Data Card, W-4 form and Employment Eligibility Verification ( I-9 ) form to the Human Resources office prior to the award. At the end of the year recipients will receive a W-2 form stating the value of the assistantship for tax purposes.

Undergraduate degrees of international students must be equivalent to a four-year U.S. bachelor's degree. Transcripts must be translated to English and the grades converted to a 4.0 grading system. Suggested agencies that can provide this service include:

TOEFL must be taken and an official score submitted to the Bryant University Graduate School of Business unless the applicant holds a degree from an American college or university or his/her native language is English. The average TOEFL score of admitted international students is 580 (paper-based) or 237 (computer-based) or 95 on the IBT with no section score less than 20. Scholarship, subsidized government loans and employment
Scholarships or subsidized government loan funds are not available to international students. International students are not allowed to work off campus during their first year of study. There are a limited number of graduate assistantships available.
Certification of Finances
International applicants requiring a student visa must present a letter of credit from his/her bank or from the bank of the student's source of support to assure funds are available for tuition and the cost of living expenses.
For your convenience, you can use the Certificate of Fiance form, and have it completed by your bank or another funding source and include it with your application.
Visa and I-20
An international student who has entered the United States on an I-20 visa from another college or university must have been pursuing a full course of study at the school last attended during the term immediately preceding the transfer or last preceding a vacation period before he or she can transfer to Bryant University.
An I-20 will not be issued by Bryant University until an accepted applicant has submitted the required Intent to Enroll form and the non-refundable commitment deposit.
